Adami Col Credas Brut Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Rive Farra di Soligo NV

Treviso, Verona, Veneto, Italy‘Rive’ is the local dialect for steep hillside vineyards. The grapes are grown 350-400 metres above sea level. The first wine is matured on its fine lees in stainless steel for three months before a second ‘Metodo Italiano’ fermentation done in a pressurized stainless tank. The style is mostly dry with delicate floral blossom notes. The attack is crisp and fresh with citrus, apples and pears and dried herbs over a stony mineral base. The finish is prolonged and fruity with fresh acidity to cleanse the palate. Perfect with white fish especially with tomatoes. Perfect with sushi as well.Tasted: 10 August 2015Tasted by: Prices:
