Douro Valley, Northern Portugal, PortugalThe number one selling LBV in Quebec is made from both Taylor estate vineyards as well as sites in the Cima Corgo and Douro Superior. The style is 'ready-to-sip' with that Taylor structure. A cooler year left the fruit to hang longer giving it less prune/raisiny notes and more red plums and black raspberries and liquorice with plenty of pipe tobacco and chocolate notes.
