Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc 2013
Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandBalancing at that perfect point bridging primary and secondary, with the vibrant, spicy fruit melding into stone, dried herbs and mild honey. Mellow lemon curd, cantaloupe rind, light cream, gooseberry, lees and spring hedge, ripe and full on the palate, though pointedly crisp. Ten percent of the fruit was wild fermented.Tasted: 13 October 2014Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:AB | $25.00 | 750ml | fine wine stores |
