Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, black pepper, black cherry, liquorice nose with floral, gingerbread, roasted bell pepper and tobacco notes. The palate is dry, fresh and juicy if on the lean side. The attack is elegant with black cherry, liquorice, smoke, cedar, tobacco savoury game flavours.
