Mission Hill Reserve Shiraz 2005
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaWhite pepper, licorice root, roasted bell pepper marks the nose of this smoky, celery salt, black cherry, tobacco leaf scented shiraz. Dry, round, elegant palate with light, tight tannins, bit light on extract. Cherry, cocoa, meaty, all spice, candied coconut, milk chocolate, tobacco leaf flavours. Solid if a bit light and oaky but mostly it is true to its Oz-like styling.Tasted: 09 December 2007Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:BC | $21.95 | 750ml | winery direct, VQA and private wine shops |
