Mission Hill Reserve Merlot 2011
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCool reserved nose with cedar, tobacco, resin and black cherry aromas. The attack is peppery and dry with more resiny, cedar, coffee balsamic flavours with a cool splash of red fruits. Plenty of acidity and moderate tannins call for food. Not really showing much at this point other than it is from an ordinary, cool vintage. Best with grilled meats at this point.Tasted: 19 April 2014Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:ON | $23.15 | 750ml | consignment - Mark Anthony Brands |
