Black Hills Alibi 2012
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAlibi is one of my favourite BC white wines. What it may lack in sophistication it makes up for in enthusiasm. The 2102 is fresh and juicy and year later under screwcap it is youthful. Lovey the smoky, stony, citrus, ripe pink grapefruit flavours flecked with dried lemon thyme and a squeeze of ginger. Clams mussels prawns and more all work here. Impressive and all Okanagan.Tasted: 24 November 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $25.00 | 750ml | winery direct and private wine shops |
