Black Hills Alibi 2010
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIntense lees, nutty, passion fruit aromas flecked with hay, lemon, nettle and smoky herb notes. The attack is dry and fresh, the palate crisp with an austere streak. Lemon, lees, grassy, grapefruit, passion fruit, marzipan flavours with a touch of bell pepper. A bit severe and tight at the moment, give it a year to settle down.Tasted: 23 November 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $25.00 | 750ml | winery direct and private wine shops |
