Love the elegance and mix of power on the mid-palate with dark and red fruits, and threads of spice, rosemary, old cork and eucalyptus. Still elegant and complex with that old minty sweet, warm red fruit finish. Served with country style duck terrine pickled Pemberton beets, house moustarda and Mizuna.
