Ribera del Duero, Castilla-Leon, SpainBack in form in 2009 offering an attractive nose of smoky black cherry aromas with bits of cocoa. The attack is glossy and smooth with juicy, black fruit flavours over some sophisticated French oak just lingering in the background. The tannins are well managed and soft permitting early drinking possibilities.
