Keremeos, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPeppery, rooty, liquorice, smoky, leather, cranberry, cassis, tobacco, olive aromas. Dry, fresh, elegant but a bit austere with some light astringency. Earthy, tobacco, olive, meaty, cassis, leather, coffee, and resin flavours. Beef will match the slightly tart and tannic finish.
