Clos du Soleil Célestiale 2011

Keremeos, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPeppery, smoky, dried herb, tobacco leaf, cassis, barnyard and roasted tomato aromas. Dry, tart, round palate with some young tannins. Coffee, smoky, herbal, savoury, roasted tomato, cool cassis, tobacco leaf and cedar flavours. Somewhat oaky and green, needs a bit of time to integrate but definitely on the herbaceous side.Tasted: 25 May 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
