Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileOpen spicy, peppery, tobacco nose laced with menthol, bay, coffee, cassis, cedar, chocolate, five spice aromas. Rich, round, ripe, smooth palate with light, grainy tannins. Vanilla, coffee, peppery, chocolate mint, savoury, poultry spice, cassis, orange peel, coconut, black cherry and celery salt flavours. Warm and gloss with some fine tannins on the finish. Drinkable now with beef but will improve within 2-4 years.
