CedarCreek Pinot Gris 2009

British Columbia, CanadaSeven vineyards make up the CedarCreek blend which contains is 83 per cent stainless steel fermented juice. The other 17 per cent is briefly barrel fermented for 60 days to add some creamy textures and mouthfeel. Look for bright fruit notes of spiced peach and honey with some underlying mineral and citrus notes with a slightly warm finish.
