The Black Chook Shiraz Viognier 2007

South Australia, AustraliaSomewhat reduced now with sausage meat, peppery, rooty, rubbery, blackberry aromas. Ripe, round, supple, full with tart acidity and light, tight tannins. Tobacco, peppery, blackberry, rooty, meaty, rubber, coffee flavours. Palate shows promise but the nose is too reductive with its meaty stinky notes.Tasted: 19 March 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
