Graham's Vintage Port 2007
Douro Valley, Northern Portugal, PortugalChocolate, mineral, liquorice, black cherry jam, peppery, spicy, floral violet aromas. Rich, full, slightly tannic palate with good acidity and sweetness balance but a bit more sweetness. Very peppery, chocolate, cherry, liquorice, tea, fig and resin flavours. Long with good acidity, very fine but not the same intensity as Taylor, Croft or Fonseca. This will age gracefully with its full fruit and finesse and still be among the best Graham ports of the century.Tasted: 13 November 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $106.00 | 750ml | specialty listing |
