Sumac Ridge Steller's Jay Brut Méthode Classique 2001
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLots of mousse but a bit foamy for the normally refined Steller's Jay. The nose is open with floral, mineral, bruised green apple notes streaked with citrus aromas with a hint of toast. Round, elegant, dryer style with bruised apple, mineral, floral, peach pit flavours. There's a hint of oxidation so we will try another bottle soon. Tasted: 22 October 2004Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $24.99 | 750ml | |
