Napa Valley, California, United StatesImpossibly low yields of barley one ton to the acre make this tribute to Ray Signorello Sr. and outstanding Napa wine. This is mostly cabernet sauvignon with 15 percent merlot and 7.5 percent cabernet franc mixed in and aged in 90 percent new oak. Beg borrow or steal a bottle of this stuff, it is sensational. We love the elegance and Bordelais styling. Understated, classy and the way wine should be.
