And 50 years down the road, producers have begun to see the rewards of paying the utmost attention to all the details, starting in the vineyard, before a second fermentation inside the bottle, and extended aging on its lees of a kind we haven't seen before.

Given the dismal, monopoly-managed distribution system in B.C., your best bet is to order directly from the wineries or check with your favourite private wine shop.
