Golden Mile Bench, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaYear two has seen a big improvement in their cabernet, namely in the finesse area. The nose remains savoury with cedar, sagebrush and spice over black fruit. The entry has more black fruits and balanced acidity with fine grained dense tannins throughout. The finish has presence with the black fruit and tannins perfectly balanced by the acidity and savoury accents. This needs time but it is starting from a much more balanced position, which means if you had to you could drink this now with a steak or wait until 2020.
