Ex Nihilo Pinot Noir 2014
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOpen, aromatic nose of rhubarb and strawberries with hints of roots and compost. The attack is soft and round with juicy rooty rhubarb and strawberry jam and very little tannins before a hit of brown spices. The whole-berry fermented fruit is mix of Lake Country and Vernon vineyards picked November 2 and 3. The wine spends 9 months in 20 percent new French oak.
