British Columbia, CanadaThis BC rosé blends fruit from Fraser Valley's Damm Vineyard, Sannich Peninsula's Sunnydale Vineyard, as well as a few vineyards across Cowichan. This pale rosé was direct press after a short skin contact, fermented and rested for 4ish months in stainless prior to bottling. Pouring a pale hue, this sleek, dry rosé streaks across the lighter palate, with wild strawberry, peach blossom, and cherry yogurt, all seasoned with subtle stony spices, and kissed with orange peel on a snappy finish.
