It is farmed biodynamically on the estate's limestone-rich terraced soils. Fermented and aged in concrete, it yields a sleek, floral white with grass, gooseberry, and quince, complemented by a fresh, stony lime rind finish. Fresh, approachable, and ready to enjoy, this wine style would be a hit if it ever appeared in government stores. It is currently sold only in private wine shops.
