Château Pesquié Ventoux Terrasses Blanc 2025

Ventoux, Southern Rhone, Rhone Valley, FranceA typical Ventoux cuvée, Terrasses Blanc blends two Northern Rhône varieties (viognier and roussanne) with two Southern Rhône varieties (clairette and grenache blanc), split evenly at 25% each. It is farmed biodynamically on the estate's limestone-rich terraced soils. Fermented and aged in concrete, it yields a sleek, floral white with grass, gooseberry, and quince, complemented by a fresh, stony lime rind finish. Fresh, approachable, and ready to enjoy, this wine style would be a hit if it ever appeared in government stores. It is currently sold only in private wine shops.
