Tantalus Riesling 2025

East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMade from clones 21B (75%) and 49 (25%), the fruit was sourced from estate plantings dating back to 2005, and a neighbouring East Kelowna Slopes site. The wine was whole bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel, then matured on its lees for 3.5 months. Slightly riper than other examples, the nose is still quite charming, showing lime blossom, white peach, grapefruit, and a touch of tropical fruit. On the palate, it feels just off-dry, with 14.9 g/L RS balanced by crisp acidity, creating lovely tension. The sweetness is felt on the mid-palate, finishing chalky and precise. The wine has excellent length, pure fruit, and solid concentration.Tasted: 27 March 2026Tasted by: Geoffrey Moss MW and HJ ChaPrices:
