Campo de Borja, Aragon, SpainIt's difficult not to enjoy this lively red wine with its fresh, spicy, floral, and fragrant nose. The attack is warm and spicy, leading to a mid-weight palate filled with silky textures and smooth tannins. The palate bursts with black pepper, black cherries, and black olives, all in harmony with the right touch of savoriness. It is a complex red with plenty of mineral and chalky notes, especially at the finish. Fun, juicy, and ready to drink, it pairs well with grilled lamb.
