Quails' Gate Chardonnay 2023

West Kelowna, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNow 30 years in, the current Quails' Gate chardonnay is whole cluster pressed before being fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak. Only a small portion undergoes malolactic fermentation, and it is aged on the lees for 9 months before being blended and bottled. The style is fresh, mixing citrus and orange rind with pear and more citrus, and a tiny dusting of hazelnuts. The restaurant chef likes a lemon roasted chicken match or a creamy butternut squash soup.Tasted: 01 November 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
