Primarily chardonnay, this is joined by viognier, sauvignon blanc, and roussanne, all entirely in stainless, with no MLF or bâtonnage, and 5 months rest on lees. Crisp and bright, this rings with green apple, Asian pear, lemon balm along a sleek, dry palate, lingering with stony spices.
