Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCrisp, bright and shining orchard fruits - lean and herbal - are the hallmark of LVP's Petit line of wines. Stainless steel, no MLF and a lack of lees work preserves the fruit's bright purity beautifully. Lovely white peach, asian pear, grapefruit, gooseberry, green apple, tangerine and bitter melon stream across the focused palate, allowing some apricot oil and wild herbs for added intrigue. The finish is potent and savoury bitter grapefruit, apricot fuzz and medicinal herbs.
