Township 7 Provenance Series Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2022 Provenance Series Cabernet Sauvignon is a 60/40 blend sourced from select South Okanagan vineyards: Blue Terrace Vineyard in Oliver; and Raju Vineyard near the US border by Lake Osoyoos. The vintage benefited from excellent ripening conditions, allowing the Cabernet to achieve optimal maturity with ease. This release continues the tradition of producing a robust wine, offering an aromatic profile of green and red peppers, accented by notes of sagebrush. On the palate, the tannins are firm and dry, complemented by layers of black fruit and dark chocolate. Displaying a youthful structure, this wine represents a fusion of Bordeaux elegance and Californian richness. It will require at least five years of cellaring to develop and integrate fully.Tasted: 17 March 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
