Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIn 2020 there was no problem ripening the cabernet sauvignon fruit from the estate-owned Blue Terrace Vineyard in Oliver, with a contribution from Raju Vineyard in Osoyoos. Youthful and exuberant, it is a bit of a beast with big, rich, black fruit and cassis, a whack of spice, and some sticky tannins yet to be shed. The alcohol is perfect at 13.5 but it will need time in the bottle to settle and open up.
