A cooler than normal February and March have yielded a richly flavoured black and blue fruit cabernet with a stylish, minty, bay leaf, savoury aroma. The palate is a soupy mix of red and black fruits with a lovely savoury undercurrent, announcing an impressive modern example of where Chilean cabernet is in 2021.
