Kaleden, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's Rosé comes off Kaeden's Pheasant Run Vineyard, and is an adventuresome blend of zweigelt, merlot, pinotage, and malbec. It was fermented long and cool in a mix of 87% stainless and 13% neutral barrique, with 5 months' lees aging. Pouring a watermelon hue, this punchy pink is full of crunchy Asian pear, pink grapefruit, and tangerine, lit with a cranberry tart acidity, and finishing dry with a citrus twist.
