Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMayhem Rosé mixes 95.5% merlot with 4.5% cabernet franc from Anarchist Mountain. Slightly darker than the new pale standard sweeping the rosé world, it opens with a touch of sulphur that sits on the crunchy red plum, red currant flecked with a savoury scrubby desert note before it finishes smooth and silky.
