Domaine de la Pinte Arbois Chardonnay 2020
Arbois, Jura, FranceDomaine de la Pinte owns 34 hectares of vineyard in Arbois and Pupillin, organically farmed since 1999. Since 2009 they have worked under biodynamic principles. This chardonnay is rooted in the region's blue marls, and after a native ferment in stainless, with full MLF, this spent 10 months in large old oak foudres. Chiseled by a flinty reduction, this stony chardy streams salted wild lemon, marcona almond, meadow grasses, all wrapped with a blanket of downy lees.
