Aegean Islands - Santorini, The Islands, GreeceAtlantis is Argyros' entry level white, primarily assyrtiko, with splashes of Athiri and Aidani, all from 'relatively' young Santorini vines (60 years and younger) and fermented cool in stainless. Tight, bright, and spritely, with a sleek palate of bitter lime, tangerine, lemon verbena, and green melon finishing with a saline twist.
