Four Mile Creek, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis is sourced from Bai Xu Vineyard in the Four Mile Creek sub-appellation of Niagara-on-the-Lake, planted in 1981 to clone 95. It shows rich, honeyed red apple and lemon curd, with a mealy accent and delicate touch of oak. It's rich, creamy, and textured, yet with good freshness.
