Simple straight-up winemaking, including a stainless steel ferment, has produced a crisp, clean, mineral-based chardonnay with crisp pear and red apple. The palate is pleasantly soft with tropical pineapple mixed into the leaner apple notes, giving it instant drinkability and reflecting its Everyday moniker.
