Cawston, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe first release from this new Similkameen winery. The estate vineyard, from the banks of the Similkameen River, is home to the Everyday Chardonnay. Stainless preserves the crisp freshness and cool fruit, revealing tight pear, pineapple, green apple on a lean frame, with a bump of sugar and cracked spices on the warm finish. Simple and clean is good description with a bit of sour lemon that clouds the finish.
