Cawston, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaYear two is much like year one for this Similkameen chardonnay. The fruit is all estate that sits along the banks of the Similkameen River. The wine is unoaked and fresh with clean, crisp, fresh fruit, lined with bits of pear, pineapple and green apple fruit that finishes just off-dry. To nitpick it is a bit simple but then it is an unoaked chardonnay.
