West Kelowna, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis classic chardonnay shows a sublime combination of highly attractive flavours. There’s crunchy yellow apple and peach, with a touch of pineapple interlaced with vanillin and nutmeg. The palate is quite dense and weighty, but at the same time, the focused pristine acidity makes the fruit feel tighter and better defined—a well-chiselled chardonnay with precision and direction.
