Tuscany, ItalyThis Sangiovese is tipped with 10% Canaiolo and Colorino, from vineyards in the Chianti hills around 270m. This entry Chianti was fermented and aged in stainless. Perfumed cherry, ripe raspberry is woven with gentle spices, and framed with bitter, gritty tannins, leading to a subtly saline finish and a puff of heat.
