Tuscany, ItalyOne million bottles are made of this Chianti every year, so once you consider the scale, this simple, lighter red makes sense. Sangiovese is splashed with 10 percent canaiolo and colorino, and ages five months before bottling. Earthy wood and a young leather colours the bright cherry, red currant fruit through the short finish.
