Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAs BB matures their traditional method sparkling program, this has moved into a NV bottling, reflecting the use (however small) of reserve wines. The current iteration is entirely chardonnay, fermented and aged 4 months in stainless before heading to bottle and 12 months sur lattes. It was disgorged October 2022 with 0 dosage. Buzzy lemon, green apple up front moves into a creamy, peachy palate, with pear blossoms and toast, tightening up again on the lemon peel finish.
