Chardonnay joins the classic lineup of Xarel.lo, Macabeu, and Parellada in this vintage dated Cava, disgorged in May 2022 with 0 dosage after at least 36 months on lees. Alluring toast and darts of brown butter lead into a complexed palate of lemon pith, green apple, almond blossom, crushed stones, all lit with an intrinsic energy that shimmers this long on the finish.
