Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom select vineyards around Niagara Peninsula, this chardonnay was fermented in stainless, with no MLF, and aged 12 months on lees prior to disgorge in summer 2022 with no dosage. Tight and racy, with green apple, lemon pith, subtle verbena, wrapped around a leesy / yogurt core.
