Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis chardonnay came from a single vineyard in Creek Shores, and spent 12 months on lees prior to disgorgement with 3 g/L RS. Lemon, meringue, green apple hums along the palate, with a tight shimmer of minerality on the finish. Quite pristine and focused, through a very long finish. Texture, layers, and depth.
