Know that the Chapoutier team has one mentality: that every wine should be made to show its absolute best, no matter the price. Bila-Haut is a billboard for the Côtes-du-Roussillon Villages. Fragrant, savoury, mouth-filling with juicy, plummy, wild, peppery fruit, this slides down effortlessly. It is a simply delicious, biodynamically farmed red selling at a bargain price: back up the truck.
