Township 7 Rosé Provenance Series 2021

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLike last year, I am surprised at how refreshing and delicate this wine presents, given its makeup of grapes: 53 percent merlot, 40 percent cabernet franc, and 7 percent cabernet sauvignon. It is all unoaked, adding to its lively, fruity demeanour and bright acidity. The colour is pale pink, and the flavour profile is very southern Rhône. Well done and food friendly.
