Kremstal, Niederösterreich, Weinland Österreich, AustriaFrom Kremstal's Senftenberger Piri, this GV is rooted in south facing slopes of mica-schist, and raised in stainless. Honeycomb is drawn throughout this maturing gruner, weaving through quince, pear skin, waxy lemon peel, ash, and a grippy schistous undercurrent. Acidity is gentle but arrow straight, directing this to a white pepper scented finish. Though 2015 was a very hot year, this is only 12.5%.
