Osoyoos, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAnother winner from Moon Cursor, this touriga never ceases to amaze and neither did the vintage in 2020. You could argue it's not the Portuguese version, but then the Osoyoos East Bench isn’t in Portugal, even if the weather is similar in most seasons. I can tell you this Portuguese producer would bed delighted with the concentration of fruit here and the general structure of this wine. Th enose is a wealth of aromas from plums and fennel to black cherries and pepper. The palate isn’t much different, with a swath of milk chocolate and savoury desert sagebrush. Drink or hold a decade.
